I'm Joan Koehler, and Jersey City has been my home my entire life. I grew up on Ogden Avenue and today I'm lucky enough to call the Hamilton Park neighborhood home — a community I love and feel deeply connected to.

Before real estate, I spent years in IT on Wall Street, where I developed the analytical mindset and attention to detail that I bring to every transaction. That background, combined with 24 years of real estate experience and an in-depth knowledge of construction, allows me to offer my clients something a little different — honest, grounded guidance they can truly rely on.

I specialize in brownstones, single and multi-family homes, and condominiums, and I take real pride in helping my clients understand not just a property's current value, but its full potential. I'm here to make sure you feel informed and supported every step of the way.

I’m Oksana, a resident homeowner and real estate agent with over 11 years of experience specializing in Downtown Jersey City, Hamilton Park, Journal Square, Bergen-Lafayette, The Heights, and Hoboken. I live in Hamilton Park with my husband and son, and being part of this community shapes the way I approach my work every day.

I work closely with homeowners, buyers, investors, and developers, with a focus on both historic homes and newly developed, full-amenity high-rises. My approach is thoughtful, detail-driven, and always tailored to each client’s goals.

Originally from Ukraine, I speak three languages—English, Ukrainian, and Polish—which allows me to connect with clients from all backgrounds and guide them confidently through every step of the process.

Giving back is also a big part of who I am. I founded Ukrainian JC, a Jersey City-based nonprofit, to raise funds and awareness for Ukraine during the war.

Hi, I'm Nicole - Long Island born & raised. I made my way to New Jersey about 13 years ago. I spent two years in Hoboken, then Jersey City, where I've happily landed for the past 11 years. Living right across from Second Street Bakery has been equal parts a blessing and curse.

I spent 14 years in home textiles before jumping into real estate, where I get to mix my love for art, design, and homes in a whole new way. Based in Jersey City and Hoboken, I work with a wide range of clients — from first-time buyers to investors to those searching for the perfect rental.
